Our Philosophy

Rooted in the vision of harmony between nature and humanity, Chicxūlab shape adornments from meteorites, tektites, fine silver, brass, ebony, and clay—materials bearing the raw traces of nature and the subtle imprint of the artisan. Creation itself becomes a meditation: suspended between the flawless order of sacred geometry and Daoist ideas of non-action embraced by Mono-ha, we contemplate the formless essence of all things, and from it, weave an eclectic aesthetics of the beyond.

The use of meteorites and tektites symbolizes the cosmic aspect of existence, reflecting the vastness and mystery of the universe. Metals represent strength and transformation, while wood signifies growth and renewal. Clay, with its malleability, embodies the potential for change and creation. This synthesis of materials serves as a form of introspective practice within the dedicated handcrafted process, inviting both creator and observer to engage meaningfully with the elements.
